  • 1 cucumber, unpeeled and cut in half
  • 1/2 cup, leaves rinsed, pushed through with a celery stalk Cal-Organic Green Kale
  • 1 stalk rhubarb, leaves removed
  • 1/2 cup rinsed, and pushed through with a Celery stalk Cal-Organic Spinach
  • 2 stalks, leaves included celery
  • 1 stalk, rinsed and cut to fit Cal-Organic Fennel
  • 2 apples, quartered, cored, and seeds removed
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled
  • 2 cups, leaves rinsed, rolled and pushed through with a celery stalk Cal-Organic Red Romaine Lettuce


  1. Place all ingredients in juicer according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Pour into serving glass and enjoy!
