- 1 cucumber, unpeeled and cut in half
- 1/2 cup, leaves rinsed, pushed through with a celery stalk Cal-Organic Green Kale
- 1 stalk rhubarb, leaves removed
- 1/2 cup rinsed, and pushed through with a Celery stalk Cal-Organic Spinach
- 2 stalks, leaves included Cal-Organic Celery
- 1 stalk, rinsed and cut to fit Cal-Organic Fennel
- 2 apples, quartered, cored, and seeds removed
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
- 2 cups, leaves rinsed, rolled and pushed through with a celery stalk Cal-Organic Red Romaine Lettuce
- Place all ingredients in juicer according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Pour into serving glass and enjoy!
