Summer Detox Salad
Cooking Times
Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch Cal-Organic Green Dandelion Greens
- 1/2 head Cal-Organic Broccoli
- 1/2 head Cal-Organic Cauliflower
- 1/2 cup Cal-Organic Italian Parsley
- 1 cup Cal-Organic Rainbow Shredded Carrots
- 1/2 cup craisins
- 1/4 cup toasted sunflower seeds
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
Directions
1. Wash and finely chop the dandelion leaves, broccoli, cauliflower, and parsley and add to a large bowl.
2. Add the carrots, craisins, and sunflower seeds.
3. In a small bowl combine the lemon juice, maple syrup, and salt.
4. Toss the salad ingredients with the dressing and serve.
