Spinach & Kale Dip
Cooking Times
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Cal-Organic Spinach
- 1 bunch Cal-Organic Green Kale
- 3 Cal-Organic Green Onions
- 8 oz. water chestnuts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 package dry vegetable soup mix
- 1 bread bowl (optional)
Directions
- Wash and chop spinach, water chestnuts and green onions. Wash kale, remove stems and chop.
- Combine chopped veggies into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Serve in a bread bowl with veggies and enjoy!
