Honey Buffalo Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head Cal-Organic Cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Ranch dressing, to dip

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit.

2. Wash and cut cauliflower into florets.

3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

4. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, hot sauce, milk, flour, garlic powder and chili powder. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, to taste.

5. Dip each cauliflower floret into the mixture, ensuring the whole floret is covered. Shake off the excess and place on the baking sheet. 

6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. If desired, drizzle extra honey and hot sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy!
