Mixed Berry Salad

Ingredients
- 6 cups Cal-Organic Green Butter Leaf Lettuce
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup Cal-Organic Italian Parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 chopped avocado
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Juice of one lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon vinegar
Directions
1. Wash and chop the butter lettuce and Italian parsley.
2. In a large salad bowl, combine the green butter lettuce, strawberries, blueberries, Italian parsley, chopped nuts, and avocado.
3. To prepare the salad dressing, in a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, juice of one lemon, vinegar, and salt.
4. Toss the salad ingredients with the dressing and serve.
