Italian Parsley

Description

This herb is rich in vitamins C, B12, K, and A, which means that parsley keeps your immune system strong, supports your bones, and regulates the nervous system. Use it in salads, dressings, and pesto to brighten up your dish in both flavor and color.

Storage

Place parsley in a plastic bag with a sprinkle of water, then store in the crisper drawer of the refrigerator. Parsley can also be stored by cutting off a little of the base of the stem and then placing the parsley stem side down in a glass of water and covering with a plastic bag before placing in the refrigerator. Water should be changed every day or two.
