Carrot Ginger Juice

Ingredients
- 3 large Cal-Organic Bunch Carrots
 - 2 stalks celery
 - 1/2 inch piece ginger
 - 1 apple
 - 1 1/2 cups water
 - 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
 
Directions
- Peel carrots and core the apple. Cut carrots, apple and celery stalks into chunks.
 - Place ingredients into a blender and blend on high until completely smooth.
 - Strain through a fine mesh sieve in cheesecloth or paper towels.
 - Serve chilled.
