Mini Watermelon & Cantaloupe Salad

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp lime juice
 - 2 tbsp honey
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
 - 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
 - 1 tsp lime zest
 - Pinch of sea salt
 - 1 Cal-Organic Mini Seedless Watermelon
 - 1 Cal-Organic Cantaloupe
 - 1 cucumber, chopped
 - 1/3 cup crumbled feta
 
Directions
- Remove the rind from the watermelon and cantaloupe and cut into ½” cubes.
 - In a small bowl, add lime juice, honey, olive oil, fresh mint, fresh basil, lime zest, and sea salt. Whisk together.
 - In a large bowl, add watermelon, cantaloupe, and cucumber. Gently toss together to combine.
 - Drizzle the dressing over the watermelon, cantaloupe, and cucumber and gently toss together. Crumble the feta on top and serve!
