Crispy Roasted Nibbles with Creamy Garlic Dip
Cooking Times
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Cal-Organic Nibbles Hillside Blend Baby Potatoes
- 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer and roast for 15 minutes, stirring once halfway, until golden brown and crispy on the outside and fork-tender.
Make the dip
While potatoes roast, mix all dip ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning.

1 small clove garlic, grated

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
