  1. Boil potatoes until fork-tender, about 10–15 minutes.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Once melted, add minced garlic & sauté for about 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Slowly pour in cream & let sauce simmer for about 10minutes, allowing it to thicken.
  4. Toss the boiled potatoes in the creamy garlic sauce,ensuring that each potato is well-coated.
  5. Garnish with salt, pepper & chopped parsley.
