Creamy Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients
- 24 oz. Cal-Organic Sunshine Gold Baby Potatoes
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 3/4 c. Cream
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp. Fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- Boil potatoes until fork-tender, about 10–15 minutes.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Once melted, add minced garlic & sauté for about 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
- Slowly pour in cream & let sauce simmer for about 10minutes, allowing it to thicken.
- Toss the boiled potatoes in the creamy garlic sauce,ensuring that each potato is well-coated.
- Garnish with salt, pepper & chopped parsley.
