Carrot Radish Juice

Serves: 1


  • 3 medium, rinsed and topped Cal-Organic Bunch Carrots
  • 6, rinsed and leaves removed Cal-Organic Red Radishes
  • 1 large Sweet Apple, quartered, cored, and seeds removed
  • 2 stalks, leaves included, plus additional for garnish celery
  • 1 Orange, peeled and cut to fit
  • 1 Lemon, peeled and cut to fit
  • 1/2 inch piece Ginger, peeled
  • 1/2 inch piece Turmeric, peeled


  1. Place all ingredients in juicer according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Pour into serving glasses and enjoy!
