Brunch Beet Juice

Ingredients
- 4 Cal-Organic Red Beets
- 4 green apples, diced
- 4 clementines, peeled
- 20 strawberries
- 1/2 lemon
- 6 cups water
Directions
1. Ensure that all produce is washed thoroughly. Peel and dice the beets and dice the apples. Peel the clementines and remove the green tops from the strawberries.
2. Add the water, beets, apples, clementines and strawberries to the blender. Blend on high for 1 minute or until completely smooth.
3. Once smooth, open the blender and squeeze the lemon juice into it. Pulse until well combined.
4. Place a cheesecloth over a serving pitcher. Pour a few cups of the juice at a time onto the cheesecloth and strain until all pulp has been captured.
5. Chill the juice in the refrigerator for a few minutes and enjoy!
