’24 Carrot’ Moscow Mule

Ingredients
- 2 large Cal-Organic Whole Carrots
- 2 oz. vodka
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 4 oz. ginger beer
- Lime wedge, for garnish
- 1 Cal-Organic Carrot Chips
Directions
- Juice the carrots to produce about 2 ounces of carrot juice.
- Fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice.
- Add vodka, lime juice and carrot juice.
- Top with ginger beer. Serve with a lime wedge and a carrot chip. To add a pop of color, use our Cal-Organic Farms rainbow carrot chips.
