Bacon-Wrapped Potatoes

Ingredients
- 24 oz. Cal-Organic Rainbow Baby Potatoes
- 12 strips bacon, cut in half
- Parsley, to taste
Directions
- Preheat to 375°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Wrap a bacon piece around each potato and secure it with a toothpick. Place bacon-wrapped potatoes on a baking sheet; bake until bacon is crisp and potatoes are fork-tender, about 50-60 minutes.
- Remove toothpicks and sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm with desired dipping sauce.
