  1. Preheat to 375°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Wrap a bacon piece around each potato and secure it with a toothpick. Place bacon-wrapped potatoes on a baking sheet; bake until bacon is crisp and potatoes are fork-tender, about 50-60 minutes.
  3. Remove toothpicks and sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm with desired dipping sauce.
