Rainbow Chard Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 4 cups Cal-Organic Chopped Rainbow Chard
- 1 cup quartered grape tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes that are packed in oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1 baquette loaf, cut into 1/4" slices and toasted
- Fresh slivered basil for topping
Directions
1. Add olive oil to a skillet and bring to medium heat.
2. Add in the garlic and sauté while stirring for 2 minutes.
3. Add the rainbow chard, grape tomatoes, and salt. Sauté for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
4. Next, add the sun-dried tomatoes and balsamic vinegar. Stir for a few minutes to incorporate.
5. Add the feta cheese and stir. Top the baguette pieces with the sauteed mixture and add fresh basil.
