Spinach & Beet Power Smoothie
Cooking Times
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups plant-based milk
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup Cal-Organic Red Beets
- 1 cup Cal-Organic Spinach
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 2 pitted dates
Directions
1. Wash the beets and spinach. Peel and dice the beets, and chop the spinach. Remove the green tops from the strawberries and peel and slice the banana.
2. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes and enjoy!
