’24 Carrot’ Martini

Ingredients
- 1 Cal-Organic Whole Carrots
- 1 1/2 oz. chilled vodka
- 1 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- Carrot ribbon or orange peel, for garnish
Directions
- Juice the carrot to produce about 1/2 ounces of carrot juice.
- Fill a shaker with ice. Add vodka, simple syrup, orange, carrot and lime juices.
- Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
- Top with an orange peel or carrot ribbon.
