French Breakfast Radish
Description
French breakfast radishes are long and slender, oblong roots with reddish-pink hues and white at the tip. They’re mild, sweet, and, despite their name, can be enjoyed raw, roasted, sautéed, or pickled at any time of day!
Storage
Remove the greens a 1/2-inch above the root, then refrigerate separately. Radish roots will stay fresh for a week; greens for a few days.
