As a member of the cabbage family, this veggie boasts a crisp, crunchy base with loose, dark green leaves on top. It has a mild, subtly sweet flavor and is a great source of vitamins A and C, as well as calcium and other minerals.


Do not wash until ready to use. Place bok choy in a plastic storage bag, remove the air, then place in the crisper drawer of refrigerator.
