Celery is often called a negative calorie food, but it certainly isn’t lacking in nutrition! It includes high amounts of vitamin K, vitamin A and folate.

Wash, dry and remove any blemished or damaged leaves and stalks. Wrap in a paper towel or foil and place in a plastic bag. Store in crisper drawer of refrigerator. May also be stored by placing in a container lined with paper towels. Wash separated celery stalks and layer damp stalks into the container. Add another layer of paper towels and place on refrigerator shelf.
