- 4 stalks, leaves included Cal-Organic Celery
- 1/4 cup, leaves rinsed, rolled and pushed through with a celery stalk Cal-Organic Green Kale
- 1/4 cup, leaves only Cal-Organic Italian Parsley
- 1 cucumber, unpeeled and cut in half
- 2 apples, quartered, cored and seeds removed
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
- Place all ingredients into the juicer following the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
