Warm Dandelion Greens with Bacon

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 lb. Cal-Organic red dandelion greens
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Cal-Organic onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash greens well. Cook bacon over medium-high heat 2-3 minutes, until crisp.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cooking 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add vinegar, sugar and dandelion greens, stirring well. Cover and cook until greens are wilted.
