Swiss Chard and Creamy Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Cal-Organic onion, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 2 Cal-Organic tomatoes, chopped
  • 8 oz fettuccine, cooked, drained
  • 1/2 cup(s) milk, low fat
  • 1 lb Cal-Organic chard, Swiss

Instructions

  1. Wash Swiss chard and cut into small pieces. Heat oil in large 2 quart saucepan over medium high heat 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add Swiss chard, garlic and onion; cooking 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes, sour cream, milk, parmesan cheese, cooked fettuccine, pepper and salt. Stir well. Serve warm.
