Mustard Greens with Bacon

Serves: 2 people

Ingredients

  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. Cal- Organic mustard greens
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cal-Organic bell pepper - red, chopped
  • 1 tsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Wash mustard greens well.
  2. Place greens, salt, bacon and red pepper in a 2-quart saucepan. Cover with cold water. Cook over medium-high heat until tender.
  3. Drain, add butter and sprinkle with pepper.
