Italian Parsley Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 lb. Cal-Organic potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup Cal-Organic Italian parsley, minced

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, add water to cover potatoes and cook until tender, then drain.
  2. Combine butter and Italian parsley, pour over the potatoes and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
