Cook Time: 1 hour (chilling time)
- 3 cups Cal-Organic Farms Shredded Carrots
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Cal-Organic Farms Parsley
- Pinch of Dill Seed
- 3/4 cup whole Kalamata Olives
- Oil and Vinegar Dressing
1. Toss all of the ingredients in a large bowl with the oil and vinegar dressing.
2. Cover and chill for at least an hour before serving.
