Daikon Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cal-Organic/Bunny Luv Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Cal-Organic daikon, grated
  • 4 oz cress or onion sprouts
  • Pinch nutmeg, ground

Instructions

  1. Grate and mix together a daikon and equal amount of carrot.
  2. Add sprouts and a pinch of nutmeg. Serve chilled.
