Collards with Rice and Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can chicken broth
  • 1 lb Cal-Organic collard greens
  • 1/2 cup(s) ham, chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash collard greens well. Chop into small pieces.
  2. Place all ingredients in 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until water is absorbed.
