Broccoli and Fettuccine...Yum!
Broccoli and Pasta

Serves: 3 people
- 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 Cal-Organic broccoli heads, cut into florets
- 1/3 cup(s) romano cheese, shredded
- 9 oz fettucine, cooked, drained
- Heat oil in a large skillet, add broccoli, garlic and crushed red pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until broccoli is crisp-tender.
- Add pasta, toss to coat well. Sprinkle with cheese, toss lightly. Serve immediately.
