Beet & Carrot Antioxidant Juice
- 1 Cucumber, unpeeled and cut in half
- 1 Cal-Organic Farms Beet, peeled and cut to fit
- 1 Pomegranate, seeds only
- 1/2 cup Pineapple, cut in quarters, peeled and core removed
- 2 Cal-Organic Farms Carrots, rinsed and topped
- 1 Apple, quartered, cored, and seeds removed
- 1/2 inch piece fresh Ginger, peeled
1. Place all ingredients into a juicer according to manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Pour into serving glasses.
