Wash and dry radishes. Remove greens about ½ inch above the radish, do not remove tap root. Store unwashed in a sealed plastic bag or other airtight container in the crisper drawer of the refrigerator. Fresh radishes will keep for about a week, sometimes longer. Greens should be stored in a sealed plastic bag, squeeze out as much air as possible and place in the crisper drawer of the refrigerator. Greens should be used within a day or two. To revive shriveled radishes, shock them in an ice bath for 20 minutes just before serving raw.
