Place Cilantro in a plastic bag with a paper towel, then store in the crisper drawer of the refrigerator. Cilantro can also be stored by cutting off a small portion of the base of the stem and then placing the Cilantro, stem side down, in a glass of water. Cover with a plastic bag before placing in the refrigerator. Water should be changed every 1-2 days. Cilantro also freezes well.
