Carrots should be stored in the refrigerator between 34 and 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
Bunched and Whole Carrots:
Greens should be removed from bunched carrots as soon as possible, cut about two inches above the root. Wrap carrots in a paper towel and place in a plastic bag or use a perforated bag to prevent condensation. Do not store near apples or pears as these can give carrots a bitter taste.
